Once again, nominations for the 2012-2013 Hobey Baker High School Character Award program are being solicited from the state's head hockey coaches.

The award recognizes one player on each team in the state for the character and sportsmanship these student-athletes demonstrate.

For most of the teams, the award has become a very important part of the year-end banquet and showing the Hobey Baker video which the program provides is an excellent addition to the banquet agenda.
 
The registration and nomination process is now electronic and coaches must now log onto the web site www.hobeybakeraward.com and enter the recipient’s data and other key information.

The deadline for nominations is February 1,2013. For more information, contact:
