The Associated Press, StateofHockey.com and the Minnesota Hockey Coaches Association are proud to announce a new collaboration behind the Minnesota AP All-State Boys Hockey Team.

The StateofHockey.com and MHCA will provide promotional support of the AP All-State Team throughout the season and leading up to the announcement.

The AP All-State Hockey team is selected annually by a panel of high school hockey writers and broadcasters at AP member newspapers and TV and radio stations.

“We look forward to working with the StateofHockey.com and the Minnesota Hockey Coaches Association to further the AP All-State Team tradition for a sport that is so key to the identity of Minnesota,” said Barry Bedlan, AP’s sports products manager.

The 2017 AP Boys' All-State Hockey Team, in collaboration with the StateofHockey.com and the MHCA, will be announced during a Wild telecast in mid-March after the Boys' MSHSL State Tournament.
